Team Description

People Ops PMO is mainly responsible for projects across all People organizations in Coupang and taking preemptive steps to solve it by:  

1. 1. accurately identifying the key issues and finding right solutions
2. 2. developing project plans and liaising with stakeholders
3. 3. leading interdepartmental project teams
4. 4. ensuring effective change management including smooth communication, handover, stakeholder management, training, and impact analysis.
   
   

What You Will Do

1. 1. Manage the People projects, including prioritizing, resourcing, managing  stakeholders, resolving major issues, and  successfully completing projects
2. 2. Remove major obstacles and escalate key issues and decisions when appropriate to ensure project success
3. 3. Define clear requirements by analyzing user feedback and requests
4. 4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to set-up new HR process/system that deliver on business objectives
   
   

Essential Qualifications

• - Bachelor’s degree
• - Over 6+years of Project Management Experience 
• - Expertise in project management fundamentals
• - Proven experience implementing complex projects within a fast-paced and dynamic organization
• - Ability to handle/solve unstructured project related issues 
• - Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple demands
• - Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
• - Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to systematically problem solve and deliver solutions
• - Data driven and able to set up project success measures and audit/monitoring mechanisms
• - Detail-oriented, organized, and  results driven
• - Team Player with Customer-centric mindset
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• - Proficiency in both Korean and English
• - PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or any other project management certification
• - Startup and/or international experience, preferably in the Technology or eCommerce
• - Experience setting up and/or working in a PMO
• - Knowledge of HR and/or HR systems (preferably Workday)
