Team Description

People Ops PMO is mainly responsible for projects across all People organizations in Coupang and taking preemptive steps to solve it by:  

  1. 1. accurately identifying the key issues and finding right solutions
  2. 2. developing project plans and liaising with stakeholders
  3. 3. leading interdepartmental project teams
  4. 4. ensuring effective change management including smooth communication, handover, stakeholder management, training, and impact analysis.

What You Will Do

  1. 1. Manage the People projects, including prioritizing, resourcing, managing  stakeholders, resolving major issues, and  successfully completing projects
  2. 2. Remove major obstacles and escalate key issues and decisions when appropriate to ensure project success
  3. 3. Define clear requirements by analyzing user feedback and requests
  4. 4. Collaborate with various stakeholders to set-up new HR process/system that deliver on business objectives
