- Maintain existing business and identify additional
business opportunities
- Develop and nurture relationships with customer
organizations across the functions
(Purchasing, Engineering, Project, etc)
- Support creation and update of Delphi’s Product
Line strategy
- Handle purchasing and related activity to negotiate,
pricing and performance issues as it relates to new
and carry over business plans
- Work closely with regional counterparts to implement
global strategy
- Prepare detailed volume and revenue forecasts by
product line for Delphi annual budget and business
plans
- Follow sample order and receiving process to deliver
parts to customer in time
- Communicate, interface with Delphi Product teams,
Business Lines and Plants to ensure Customer’s
expectations are addressed and necessary
support/resources are allocated for business opportunities |
- At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales and
marketing (Preferred), or related field (Required)
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Required)
- Professionalism and ability to interact with people in
various characteristics (Required)
- Good knowledge of the financial dimensions of the
business (Preferred)
- Ability to prioritize and work diligently under pressure
(Required)
- Flexibility to work and travel extensively when needed
(Required)
- Well understanding of automotive industry (Required)
- Exceptional organizational skills and maturity (Required)
- Demonstrated negotiation skills (Preferred)
- Ability to build strong relationships (Required)
- Strong interpersonal skill to work with team members

- Fluent English (Speaking & Written) capability (Required) |
