Management

Support 


We are looking for someone who has Initiative attitude, is humbly to learn, work with joy for following tasks:


- Manage reception


- Proceed corporate purchasing


- Administration of HR processes such as recruitment related


- Activities and Event organization and managing for Employer Branding


- Support administrational activities such as travel arrangement and office environment management  

 

Requirement:


*Student or University degree (prefer technical discipline, but not mandatory)


*Excellent computer skill in MS Office​


*Experience in administration such as expense reporting and invoicing is preferred.


*Excellent, enthusiastic, clear communication skills to a diverse audience is critical to the success
