POSITION SUMMARY
- Responsible for tracking & maintaining the records of sales activities in North Asia (Korea-Japan-China)
- Cost estimation & analysis on project sales quotations
- Executive support and General Assistance to North Asia Director
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Cost estimation & analysis for both firm & budgetary proposals in coordination with
Procurement & Proposal team.
- Tracking & update sales activities in North Asia
- Coordinate sales activities with other depts / subsidiariers, headquarters and clients.
- Maintain & Update major projects’ performance analysis with Project & Engineering team
and Finance.
- Maintain & Update prequalificatoin documents in coordination with headquaters or
respective subsidaries.
- Tracking all North Asia projects through CRM and IIR and generate reports and reports to
North Asia Director on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate & Facilitate company meetings.
- Set-up & Maintain filing system/Database
- Mainternance of office systems.
- Coordinate & arrange filed serivice supervision service schedule with other subsidiaries & clients.
- HR activites including new hires.
- Executive Support & General Assistance to Director of North Asia Director.
- Prepare & Organize TKL Weekly Review Meeting.
- Prepare & Organize TKL Monthly Business Review Meeting.
- Maintain & Update Project quotaion list on a weekly basis in coordination with weekly sales
review meeting.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
- Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Science/ Commerce/Engineering
- Experience :
Minimum 5yrs experience in customer service or sales support or similar assignment with a reputed
multinational company dealing in industrial products
Knowledge, Skills, Ability
- High quality Computer skills (Word-Excel-Power Point-Outlook Email-Skype)
- Knowledge of various business functions within the company dealing in industrial products
- Good communication (verbal and written) skills in English
- Right attitude for Team Work
- Natural flair for Cost Control |

- Project Manager (TCO)
Thermon Korea Ltd (fully owned subsidiary of Thermon Inc. of USA)
Job Summary
- Responsible for independently supporting, managing and monitoring execution of the
large sized Heat Tracing Project (Modular Construction at DSME shipyard) with DSME for
TCO Kazakhstan Oil Field.
Hiring basis :
- On yearly contract, renewable subject to satisfactory performance for the duration of the project
(expected completion : March 2020)
Operating base, duration and reporting :
- Operating from Okpo (near Busan)
Administrative reporting to Thermon Korea Ltd. (Director - North Asia)
Functional Reporting : Corporate PEMS (Project Engineering Management Support)
Group (Director - PEMS)
Academic Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from one of the reputed
universities in Korea with high level performance record
Experience :
- Minimum 20yrs over all working experience of which at least 10-15 yrs in Project & Engineering
Management with a reputed multinational company dealing in engineered systems involving
industrial products and interacting with overseas customers/ Korean EPCs
Knowledge, Skills, Ability
- Knowledge of various global engineering / technical standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE ,GB, JIS, IS, etc.)
applicable for the heat tracing / heating solution products / systems
- Knowledge of and experience with standard engineering practice guide lines of reputed end users /
engineering companies (Shell, Aramco, KBR, Bechtel, EIL, etc.)
- Exposure to Piping and Storage (tanks & vessels) system for process plants
- Exposure to various process equipment in process plants
- Experience related to industrial heating solutions will be an added advantage
- Distribution and Management of diverse engineering assignments with multi-tasking capability
- Proficiency in tools and applications commonly used in heat tracing industry is preferred
- Very good communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills in English
- Teaming skills, including the ability to work effectively with other organizations, functions,
project sponsors and customers, and suppliers.
