Project Manager |
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business / Project execution:
a. launches the project successfully through functionally integrated teams (focus on Cost, Quality, Time, Delivery and Methodology).
2. Product quality:
a. leads the Project Team to: meet First Time Quality [FTQ] goals and meet Worldwide Formal Customer Complaints (WFCC) goals
3. Cost and budget:
a. meets the investment spending and financial statistics
4. Customer / supplier relationships:
a. interface to customers for Project Management activities
b. customer management and communication alignment between different stakeholders
5. New business:
a. cooperates with Start Center leaders on quote activities
6. Continuous Improvement:
a. supports enterprise effectiveness/efficiency through the use of Lean / I&CIM techniques
7. People Management:
a. leads by influence
b. makes sure he/she cooperates with the Groups Managers to ensure proper resource
8. Compliance:
a. ensures compliance with PDP (Product Development Process) requirements
b. maintains required documentation and reporting
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer science…etc)
• With 5 or more years’ experience with products and business systems
• Advanced English communication skills
• Program knowledge
• Finance knowledge / Business Acumen
Preferred:
• Global automotive industry experience is preferred. |

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Business / Project execution - contributes to the flawless execution of development projects and
programs by:
a. driving the Key Management Operating Systems / Gate Reviews for assigned projects
b. facilitating reviews, document and track action items
c. leading the global reporting
d. work with PMs to drive quality of information in project schedules
2. Product quality:
a. focus on quality
3. Continuous Improvement:
a. learns common practices, demonstrates process expertise, identifies opportunities for simplification, cycle time reduction, and continuous improvement ideas
b. rolls out new processes/procedures/methods/forms to PM teams
4. People Management:
a. effectively and accurately communicates relevant project information to Project Team
b. provides training to PM team and new team members according to the plan
5. Compliance:
a. participates in PM and PMO layered audit process to insure competency excellence and to
document compliance with PM process and procedures
b. responsible for: tracking, maintaining audit risks, issues, escalations and action items
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor degree
• English communication skills
• Planning and organizing
• Capability to grow in the organization (ambition to move forward)
• MS Office
