[ASML] CS EHS Specialist

Introduction

Supports the local CS team to ensure the safety this includes also all other ASML activities like Installs and Field Factory projects.


Job Description

 • Support management to ensure a safe way of working in the region
• Monitor and process with compliance to local legal requirements e and customer demand.
• Liaise with the customer representatives on EHS subjects.
• Ensure that the required data to manage safety is adequately recorded, verified and administrated.
• Arrange an audit program and deliver required audits per customer site-cluster (CS specific EHS audits, according to procedure)
• Process accidents, incidents and near misses according to CS procedures (including Air) to support management (management own the process).
• Close the incident reports after evaluating effectiveness of the actions taken
• Arrange and/or carry out safety awareness trainings according to CS safety training program.
• Schedule at least annual visits to the major CS locations in the continental region.
• Advise the Local Senior Manager on adequate budget allocation for the required EHS activities.
• Facilitate the safety escalation process:
Chair and coordinate the local SRB meetings, and Escalate to CS WW SRB (if needed).
• Rollout new CS safety requirements:
Work together with regional management to rollout new CS requirements and track progress and effectiveness.
• Conduct Accident, incident and near miss investigation
• Actively participate in activities within the WW EHS Community

The CS EHS Specialist is based at one of the local HVM site.

He/she reports to the HVM Region Manager of the Local CS HVM organization or delegates; Functional reporting line to CS WW HVM EHS Lead; in the US the EHS specialists report to the US Continental EHS Manager.

Education

• Higher Technical College or specific Safety education (according to local requirements)
• Preferable Bachelor’s degree in an EHS related study or comparable safety related studies/experience.


Experience

 5-7 years.
Preferred EHS experienced person in semiconductor factory.

• All EHS safety CBT’s and safety trainings required for CS employees

- EHS Specialist SK Hynix support : Based on Icheon site (need to travel Chung-Ju site)
- EHS Specialist for SEC support : Based on Pyoungtack site
