Distribution Manager
ㆍTo manage performance in order to achieve agreed client service levels + costs within
budgetary requirements

Air Logistics Operator
ㆍTo coordinate all aspects of daily airfreight export/import operations
ㆍTo process all export airfreight documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
ㆍTo process all KN pre-alerts and job registrations.
ㆍTo issue invoices to customers accurately in line with agreed rates and quotations.
ㆍTo ensure that all costs and rates are updated
ㆍTo ensure that all export/import customs procedures are adhered to.
ㆍTo negotiate airfreight rates, transportation and handling costs when necessary
ㆍTo support with internal staff whenever
ㆍTo perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
Sea Logistics Operator
ㆍTo process all Seafreight export/import bookings and dispatch requirements accurately and
within agreed timeframes.
ㆍTo ensure that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards,
while maintaining departmental KPIs.
ㆍTo ensure that all documentation is filed or scanned as per operational and company requirements.
ㆍTo ensure all Seafreight rates are checked and are accurate at all times
ㆍTo manage customer complaints in a professional manner, taking appropriate corrective action
and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer complaints.
ㆍTo follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company policies and working
instructions.
ㆍTo Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
Sea Logistics Pricing Manager
ㆍTo maintain + strengthen carrier relationships on the most senior levels in your location.
ㆍTo develop pricing strategies by take lead on pricing + RFQ preparation + driving sea logistics procurement
ㆍcarrier relation management, seeking mutual solutions for profit maximization.
ㆍTo cooperate with manager + colleagues to provide timely responses to rate requests.
ㆍTo set selling prices within given bandwidths as per local conditions + pricing policy.
ㆍTo direct the organisation to book shipments based on carrier agreements or lowest cost.
ㆍTo ensure full transparency + sharing of same current freight rate levels with CCLs.
ㆍTo support + exchange information with others to gain new, retain + further develop existing accounts.
ㆍTo get involved + assist business owners for non-standard RFQ related requests.
ㆍTo seek out customer feedback to drive improvements.
ㆍTo ensure that databases are always up to date with most relevant pricing information.
Sea Logistics Process Expert
ㆍTo ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + process audits.
ㆍTo oversee + ensure the delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of productivity and/or
quality enhancement with lean methodology.
ㆍTo ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together with the business unit
ㆍTo drive process improvement, process re-engineering + support the implementation of changed processes
to improve the quality + productivity of operational processes + systems.
ㆍTo support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting + producing solutions.
ㆍTo apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled + structured
implementations, as well as assisting in planning + execution of project tasks
ㆍTo strive for productivity increases through automation + optimization of operational processes to ensure
better quality + customer satisfaction in alignment with corporate strategy.
ㆍTo find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational + strategic goals.
Marketing Manager
ㆍDevelop the country marketing plan based on corporate standards in alignment with regional marketing
and national management to determine priorities, based on corporate standards;
ㆍDevelop and launch country marketing campaigns, employer branding and support of product launches in
alignment with regional marketing;
ㆍDrive traffic to country website through local content creation;
ㆍAssist in the production of sales support / marketing materials such as sales kits, brochures,
flyers, videos etc;
ㆍCoordinating and supporting the printing and delivery of marketing materials including corporate gifts and
coordination of roll-out to all offices within the country;
ㆍLiaise with Regional Marketing team with regard to speaking opportunities, media releases and external
communication;
ㆍEnsure regular updates and local content for country website and on intranet-myKN
ㆍDevelopment and maintenance of standard country presentations;
ㆍMeasure and analyses online and offline marketing campaigns based on corporate/regional
reporting standards
ㆍProvide market/product/competitor analysis (market intelligence) in coordination with Business Units
ㆍSupport the further development of the Kuehne+Nagel brand identity in close cooperation with
Corporate/Regional Marketing
ㆍClose cooperation and alignment with Regional marketing.
ㆍProvide routine secretarial support to Senior Executive
HR and Admin. Staff
ㆍResponsible for handling full set of HR services including but not limited to talent acquisition,
compensation & benefits administration, and staff relations initiatives
ㆍSupport the development and implementation of HR strategic initiatives; eg. employee engagement,
culture initiaties, etc.
ㆍAssist in ad-hoc projects and other administrative functions as require
ㆍMaintain up-to-date records and data management of all work-related endeavours
ㆍProvide routine secretarial support to Senior Executive
IT Assistant
ㆍTo Assist personnel with PCs, servers, networks, printers, and software
ㆍTo Perform routine network and PC installation, and troubleshoot, maintain and resolve any
related problems
ㆍTo Back up local systems on scheduled intervals
ㆍTo Do document processes and procedures
ㆍTo Maintain ticketing system for prioritizing tasks
ㆍTo Be the primary point of contact for personnel with any IT question or task
ㆍTo Grant/revoke access to various internal and external systems
ㆍTo Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned |
