Position
Summary
Position:
Sales Manager(부장) for High Level Disinfection business
Location:
Seoul
Execute
strategy, lead and motivate sales team for disinfectant and equipment business
to meet or exceed sales targets through goal setting and resource allocation
within budget.
Duties And Responsibilities
Under limited supervision, general direction, etc. and in accordance
with all applicable government laws, regulations and ASP policies, procedures
and guidelines, this position:

Effectively manage customer intentions, customer outputs
and corresponding sales channels in the sales area. Improve equipment
installation and consumable output through effective customer management
·
Assist Sales Representatives to identify personal goals
and monitor progress towards achievement according to established sales
strategies. Through the performance management and development dialogue with
subordinates, to improve the performance of employees, in the coaching cohesion
·
Ensure that all activities within the team are conducted
in compliance and provide regular compliance policy updates and training to
subordinates
·
Responsible for communicating business related issues or
opportunities to next management level
·
Performs other duties assigned as needed
Requirements
·
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
·
+10
years of experience in Healthcare industry.
·
Rich customer and distributor management skills,
experience in GI Lab, OR or CSSD related product sales management is preferred
·
Familiar with drugs and medical equipment sales process
·
Experience in people & team management (project
management)
·
Have the sense of cultivating and developing a team.
·
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation
skills
·
Quick learner and able to work under pressure
·
Fluent in English and Korean
·
Adapt to travel
