Your Role: Answer calls and emails, visit to assist customers with technical questions on Bioprocess Product line in Biopharmaceutical production, including products for biopharma materials (API), cell culture, clarification, chromatography, TFF, sterile filtration, gas filtration, and Single Use disposable technologies. Questions range from product recommendation to specification and capability questions to application assistance. Use of Electronic Quality System to manage customer quality complaints and assist as customer advocate as internal investigations occurred. • Recruiting 3 people as business growth. - Hardware system engineer or related experience used in biopharmaceutical production
• Responsible for operating as the lead point of contact for any and all quality and technical inquiries to our customers. • Provide Process Solutions customer support for inquiries from phone calls and emails, technical visit to assist customers with technical questions on our Process Solutions product lines, including products for cell culture, clarification, chromatography, TFF, sterile filtration, gas filtration, and Single Use disposable technologies, as well as EMPROVE grade API, excipients, and other biopharmaceutical production chemicals. Questions range from product recommendation to specification and capability questions to application assistance. • Support Process Solutions Technical Service team as a senior technical service resource for escalated or advanced inquiries. • Strong in oral and written communication to advocate with customers, sales and marketing, site quality peers and management. Strong abilities to lead presentations and/or training. • Ability to implement and effectively manage multiple projects during a given time frame. • Use of Electronic Quality System (Trackwise) to manage customer quality complaints and assist as customer advocate as internal investigations occurred. • Manage inquiries thru Salesforce.com CRM • Other tasks assigned by your superior Who You are? • At least Bachelor degree in Biochemical, biotechnology or related (Master preferred) • 3-7 years of practical experience in Pharmaceutical or biotechnology related fields. (Better with the experience or knowledge of overall biopharmaceutical production process) • Good presentation skills and computer skills • Good command in both English and Korean |
