IT -SAP System Analysist / Global Commerce (정규직)
* 담당업무
• Actively participate commerce team’s meeting, be partner among internal GTI team and business users, summarize discussion topics and support commerce team leader to move next step smoothly.
• Coordinate projects, meeting which is led by commerce team, and be the main person to drive overall communication.
• Document As Is & To Be processes, keep trace the changes, use to better communication and alignment among related parties.
• Work closely with internal GTI team, business users to design, build, implement new process and system in SAP
• Support commerce team leader to operate internal system ( SAP-SD모듈중심 ) efficient, timely manner.
• Will be required to work closely / supervise 3rd party partners, to focus and deliver within planned time & budget.
• Partner with internal GTI team function such as Digital Tech, Business Process Innovation to enhance IT capability in terms of solution capabilities & process improvements.
• Try to understand Commerce Area (Retail, e-Commerce) but also business plan, merchandising, logistics process, inventory management etc.
• Ensures that all IT projects are delivered with excellence and business-specific service level agreements are met
* 자격사항
• Knowledge and experience in IT and technology
• Overall understanding in key business index and processes in fashion/consumer goods industry
• Proven IT analytical and quantitative skills (PI experience preferred)
• Communication skills
o Ability to coordinate between many participants from business divisions and the IT experts
o Ability to explain things non-technically, and understand business processes and needs at a strategic level
• English both in verbal and written communication
• 3-5 years’ experience in IT or digital business
• Good attitude & customer – oriented mindset.
