Job Purpose

Refine and implement best local / sub-regional category specific strategies. Work closely with local procurement teams to ensure identify and recommend ´best in class´ suppliers and maintain good.
Prepare and support supplier negotiations at local level.

ㆍ한국 내 DHL 3개 계열사(Express, Global Forwarding, Supply Chain)를 통합 지원하는 Group Procurement
   소속으로 공통 또는 Division 특성에 따른 재화 및 용역에 대한 조달 및 Group에서 요구하는
   Risk Management 관련 업무
ㆍThreshold에 따라 Purchase Center와 업무 구분 후 End-to-end로 담당 업무영역 내 Process 전반을
   manag함
ㆍIndividual Contributor로 People manage 없음
ㆍProvide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research / intelligence
   to support business decisions in investments and budgets and establishment of local or sub-regional
   frame contracts
ㆍIntegrate Procurement services at sub-regional / country level for the business colleagues (divisions)
   are in scope. Achieving greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all
   procurement activities and ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of
   quality, price and service
ㆍSpecialize in strategic sourcing of goods and services and transportation capacities in order to reduce
   costs and ensure quality and supply as needed by the business / function in scope
ㆍSupporting and implement local category strategies leveraging on regional and global strategies
ㆍPrepare and support supplier negotiations at local level with more senior colleagues
ㆍPrepare, conduct and support tenders (incl. e-sourcing) with more senior sourcing colleagues
ㆍEffectively implement local / sub-regional contracts
ㆍEnsure (sourcing, purchasing, company) policy adherence of local divisional colleagues
ㆍEstablish close contact with local business units to ensure actual and future knowledge of demand
   and service quality
ㆍContribute to the cooperation between countries and sourcing

ㆍ간접구매 경력 및 간접구매에 대한 높은 이해도를 갖춘 전문가
ㆍ프로젝트 매니지먼트 경험자
ㆍ외국계 기업 및 Matrix 조직/다양한 Business Partner와의 업무 경험자
ㆍ비즈니스 영어 구사가 원활하신 분
