1) Technical Sales professional
- Proactively develops and maintains relationships with potential customers and end-customers, plans sales volumes in the respective market in alignment with the regional company
- Builds and maintains a regional company focused network within Siemens Mobility (SMO) acts as a first point of contact for all technical sales related queries of the respective region and influences collaboration within the organization to secure customer business
- Prepares and coordinates with HQ tendering team and other relevant functions within SMO all bid management and sales activities to ensure timely submission of offers and bids
- Analyses and performs thorough mapping of customer requirements against product capabilities, pro-actively manages requirements process within SMO and with the end customer, ensures all requirements are fully understood and addressed in the sales process
- Analyses the specific market conditions in the respective regions and provides feedback to the HQ to influence the development roadmap.
2) Project management professional
- Develop and implement project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, proactively taking necessary actions to mitigate them.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution.
- Conduct project meetings, including kick-off, status, and closure meetings, documenting and distributing meeting minutes.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, including project plans, requirements, and technical specifications.
- Mentor and coach team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their project management skills.
Job Requirements
- 학사 학위 소지 (전공 무관)이상 - 영업/프로젝트 관리업무 유경험자(5년 이상) - 업무 상 영어 커뮤니케이션(written & spoken) 가능자 - 법적으로 한국 내 근무 가능자
