[주요 업무]

1.      Financial Insights & Reporting

2.      Ensure financials for key business areas and accounts are on track to meet targets and provide guidance on deviations and corrective actions.

3.      Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide insights that enhance decision-making and operational effectiveness.

4.      Add value as a trusted adviser, driving strategic business direction and delivering insights

5.      Monitor and manage customer performance over the contract life cycle with a profitability and outcomes-based perspective.

6.      Drive ideas for P&L improvement and sustainable financial performance

7.      Lead planning event processes for the local affiliate – business plan, budget, and the monthly outlook

8.      Lead the Business Excellence and Finance Excellence teams, supporting people development, career planning, and goal achievement

[자격 요건]

1.      University degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

2.      Ideally 12 years of relevant experience in finance, with in-depth knowledge of financial and managerial accounting.

3.      Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.

4.      Experience in challenging, developing, and coaching team members.
