Role

You will be the point person for English (primary) / Korean (secondary) marketing activities and be responsible for the strategic growth in terms of international presence. You will not be tied down to a single task but rather be given the flexibility to engage both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

As a GBD Marketing Manager, your main duties will consist of the following:

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a re-branded website for international audiences and update website with product development, events, and relevant news

· Work with senior management to develop an omnichannel strategy that entails metrics/analytics leading to inbound activities

· Create email/newsletter/SNS campaigns that can be utilized for outbound activities. Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Use data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance and ROI

· Manage budgets and forecasts for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

· Basic -or higher, knowledge of HTML5, CSS, javascript and other similar technologies (ability to build out a website from bootstrap template)

· At least 1-3 year of experience analyzing marketing data and creating insights that can contribute to overall business strategy

· Proficient in SEO and using analytics and marketing automation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta platform, Google Ads, etc.) to execute and measure and optimize campaign performance

· Experience working in a team-based environment where you were responsible for both self-starting and delegated tasks

· Highly organized with excellent time management skills

· Related training/certification/portfolio is a plus

· Native fluency in English & Korean business level

· Korea-based candidates only (F visas preferred but not limited to)
