[Medipixel] Product Owner / Product Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Owner (PO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product backlog, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and the development team. This role is critical in driving the development of our AI-powered Quantitative Coronary Angiography (QCA) and FFR solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Feedback Collection and Backlog Creation:

◦ Gather feedback from stakeholders, customers, and team members.

◦ Create and maintain a detailed product backlog.

• Prioritization and Decision-Making:

◦ Determine task priorities in collaboration with executive management.

◦ Facilitate discussions and decisions in executive meetings.

• Product and Feature Planning:

◦ Plan and document product features and functionality.

◦ Draft comprehensive requirement specifications and other relevant documents.

• Development Coordination:

◦ Communicate product requirements to the development team.

◦ Oversee the development process and ensure alignment with the product vision.

• Development Progress Monitoring:

◦ Regularly check the progress of ongoing development tasks.

◦ Ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

• Clinical Functionality and Usability Evaluation:

◦ Conduct clinical functionality assessments and usability testing.

◦ Gather and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements.

• Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC):

◦ Oversee QA and QC processes to ensure high product quality.

◦ Coordinate with QA/QC teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Version Control:

◦ Manage product versions and maintain detailed documentation.

◦ Ensure all changes and updates are thoroughly documented.

• Competitive Analysis:

◦ Analyze competitor products and specifications.

◦ Identify areas for improvement and differentiation.

• Regulatory Compliance:

◦ Manage tasks based on regulatory process requirements.

◦ Ensure the product meets all necessary regulatory standards and guidelines.

• Customer and External Meetings:

◦ Conduct meetings with customers and external stakeholders to gather feedback.

◦ Represent the company in various external interactions.

• Government Projects:

◦ Prepare and manage documentation for government-funded projects.

◦ Participate in relevant meetings and ensure compliance with project requirements.

• International Collaboration:

◦ Engage in frequent collaboration and meetings with international partners.

◦ Communicate effectively in English to facilitate global partnerships and projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of AI and medical device software (SaMD) development.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make informed decisions.
• Experience with QA/QC processes and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical skills for competitive analysis.
• Proficiency in version control and documentation management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for international collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in healthcare, medical devices, or related fields.
• Experience with government projects and grant management.
• Knowledge of coronary angiography or cardiovascular imaging is a plus.
• Familiarity with clinical usability and functionality assessments.
