Position
 Analytical Chemist (석사신입)
주요 직무 ㆍLC and LC/MS analysis
ㆍDevelop most effective LC and LC/MS methods for R&D product development,
　scale-up process development, and mass product quality management
ㆍGenerate accurate and precise analytical data, interpret results, and communicate
　with internal customers effectively and timely from R&D to manufacturing (MFG)
　QC team
ㆍTool trouble shooting and maintenance based on deep understanding on the
　instrument operation principle
ㆍTechnical collaboration with people with various backgrounds such as business
　R&D scientists, MFG engineers, chromatography/MS analysts and other analytical
　technology analysts
ㆍIndependent prioritization, planning, and execution of work aligned with project
　status and business impact
ㆍAccurate documentation of experimental details and results in method transfer
　packages, technical reports, and presentations
ㆍParticipate in technical communication with global analytical scientists to
　leverage technologies and to deliver integrated solutions
ㆍContinuously develop technical competence by proactively learning advanced
　chromatography/MS technology
ㆍWilling to expand technical capability to other analytical technologies to conform

주요 직무 ㆍDevelop overall product process from laboratory scale to high volume
　manufacturing scale
ㆍLead cross-functional teams in problem solving, development of improvement
　plans and root cause analysis
ㆍGenerate technical data according to the requirement
ㆍConduct lab experiments, data analysis and documentation on findings
ㆍUtilize DOE (design of experiments) and FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis)
　tools to approach to the solution
ㆍEngage with customer to understand market trend and prioritize quality

ㆍActively participate in EH&S (environment, health and safety) programs to ensure
