An Energy leader monitors and manages the energy efficiency of a facility or organization. Implement conservation measures, monitor energy consumption, assess business decisions for sustainability and seek out opportunities for increasing energy efficiency.

Base Position role
- Develop, coordinate and implement strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption.
- Create policies and systems for buying energy and helping with contract negotiations.
- Provide technical and practical advice and offer training on energy efficiency.
- Develop promotional activities and materials to advertise particular schemes.
- Keep accurate records and regularly collect energy monitoring data carry out site inspections and energy surveys.
- Benchmark energy consumptions against best practice guidelines keep up to date with legislation.

supervisory Position role
- Training and communications
- Develop solutions for carbon management.
- Create policies and systems for buying energy and helping with contract negotiations with procurement team.
- Perform Energy Audits
- Develop and Implement Energy-Saving Strategies
- Manage Energy project Budget.

[Qualification]
• More than 5 years of experience inside or outside, with solid experience in plant operations, Engineering and Project.
• Strong experience with Natural Gas burner control and Furnace management.
• Extensive experience of the project management and design.
• Deep understanding in operations and operation systems
• Analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense
• Strategic mindset / hands-on detail experiences
• Proactive and goal-oriented leadership
• Strong interpersonal / communication skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Korean
• Strong negotiation and presentation skill
