- To provide customer education on company products, applications and benefits to
ensure best possible patient outcomes, best clinical practice and sustained utilization
of products to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Conduct visit to build relationships with existing and prospective customers and
promote FPH products and therapy approaches and their benefits to create demand
for products
- Install equipment for clinical trials of company products, educate hospital employees,
and remedy any issues or problems in order to ensure acceptance of products
- Liaise with hospital regulatory, compliance and technical departments to ensure
all compliance barriers are overcome
- Install products and train and support hospital employees to ensure customer
satisfaction and correct use of product
- Provide post sales education, trouble shooting and complaint resolution to promote
early identification of customer issues, ensure correct use of equipment,
drive consumable sales and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in coaching and developing sales representatives to support sales managers
in developing skills and knowledge
- Maintain expert knowledge in product/technology and provide assistance to other
sales representatives to resolve customer issues
- Assist with product marketing activities to support the sales plan
