Receptionist

1. Book
local / international courier services.
2.
Maintain office including general office areas, meeting rooms and visitor
offices in a clean, neat and presentable manner. Manage meeting room calendar.
3. Greet
visitors & guests and accompany them to the appropriate offices / meeting
rooms and serve drinks.
4. Upload
monthly service vendor invoices on SAP system.
5.
Support office operation/ admin when required.
6.
Perform other reasonably related duties as requested from time to time.
7. General office admin |
a) proficient
in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook.
b) Proficient in writing and spoken English
c)
Minimum of 3-5 years of executive assistant experience in a multinational
corporate environment.
d)
Intermediate technical knowledge to navigate through internet and intranet
sites.
