One of our current market entry client’s (your employer) is one of the largest and foremost bespoke global business-tourism services supplier of accommodation and full-serviced logistics to the large international sporting federations, international media, event sponsors, multinational corporates and others.
Our client will be servicing their end-clients out of the PyeongChang region as one of the leading service providers to the PyeongChang Winter Olympics. Their clients include the largest TV Broadcasting Groups, the Sponsors of the Olympics and other federation members who will be hosted at their serviced apartments in PyeongChang and generally comprise the key executive and crew who are directly involved in the Olympics (no spectators).
They are based in 10 countries globally and have been one of the key service providers for events such as the FiFA World Cup, South Africa, the Summer Olympics in Rio and the upcoming Summer Olympics in Tokyo plus many others.

Community Manager for the PyeongChang Winter Olympics
| Your Responsibilities |
As THE Community Manager you will mainly work in PyeongChang assisting with all the end client’s service needs related to their accommodation and regionwide logistics. Upon arrival, you will work closely with the Accomodation & Accounts Manager to ensure that the client’s needs have all been considered and pay careful attention to all quality control matters. This would be very similar to a large scale events management job at a high end full-service international conference & convention hotel.
Expectations: You are the key person in a very fast moving service orientated environment in the heart of the PyeongChang Winter Olympics, including servicing the most important Olympics Executives and Television Crews.

As a Community Manager you will be responsible for a group or groups of clients (accounts) for which you hold the responsibility of ensuring that:
They have an open and unrestricted channel to communicate with you about any local issues and challenges. Their needs are satisfied in a timely and professional manner. They get experiences of a smooth accommodation and transportation services.
| Specific Tasks |
Accommodation Communication & Coordination before, during and after the event: Communication of team rooming lists and changes (if applicable) Quality control and coordination of accommodation before check in Complaint & satisfaction management
Client Service package needs are correctly communicated and subcontracted services remain reliable, well co-ordinated, managed and checked, including: Local film crews, equipment and storage Local client staffing is ready to go Transportation & drivers, interpreters & translators, micro-events coordinators, team schedules and locations are sorted,
Client Communication: Assisting during check-in (when necessary) Coordination and quality control of all service providers and local transportation companies utilized by clients Introduction to the city, entertainment and cultural sites
| MUST-HAVE Skills and Expertise |
Work experience with international clients or and overseas working experience (and Korean service providers). Fluent in Korean, English (Written / Spoken), other languages are welcomed Driver’s license (preferable) Must be able to handle having very high responsibility! Strong solutions creator! Knowledge of the area, the city and its surroundings Motivation to showcase the region and the hospitality to the international clients
