[Key Responsibilities]
- Accountable for volume and yield performance from his/her allocated customers.
- To Manage opportunity pipeline above target in Salesforce by having qualified as guided
and sufficient sales calls assigned weekly basis.
- Handle a right level of communication with Korean customers.
- By identifying customer requirements and recording opportunities against the right client
owner
- Presenting End-to-end value proposition to assigned customers in line with segmentation
review equipped with an understanding of the customer segmentation.
- Quoting to customer using AFLS within pricing guidelines
- Follow up/Negotiate on the Quote or tender to export, import and special cargos across
industries.
- Close business as won/lost and record reasons to follow up.
- Timely and correct update of AFLS contract with prices and terms agreed specifically but
not limited to free time, detention and demurrage and credit.
- For large tenders, update/assist in update of tender prices, terms and conditions and follow
up.
- Ensure full penetration into and mapping of customer’s organization
[Who we are looking for]
- Bachelor or same level degree with at least 2~3 years of sales experience in shipping or
logistics industry
- Ability to look at opportunities under the transport and logistics business scope to build
winning strategies for tomorrow.
- Ability to work with the other sales teams and channel managers
- Energetic and passionate person with ability to drive performance structurally.
- Sense of urgency, result oriented, accurate feedbacks within given timeline

- Identify and promote high potential accounts from reactive segment. Implementation
of standard process to identify high potential tail-end account and refer to proactive
sales teams

- Coordinates training delivery for the organization together with the Global Sales
Academy

- Handle a high level of communication with large Korean customers.

- Solicit Customer Satisfaction Surveys participation, investigate causes of customer
dissatisfaction to improve customer loyalty in Korea market.
- Resource selection, development and succession planning, coach, lead and develop
direct reports and others, work closely with teams and individuals to identify and
improve competency gaps and devise objectives and personal development plans.
- Attract and retain the right talents inside and outside of the organizations
[Who we are looking for]
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales or Commercial, at least 3years’ in sales position
with preferably possesses strong leadership experience
- Proven sales management experience in shipping and logistics and able to understand
customers supply chain and lead a team to focus on selling end-to-end value
propositions
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and channels
- Conflict Management – resolution and coaching/mentoring skills
- Sense of urgency and result oriented
- Energetic and passionate person with ability to drive performance.
- Result oriented / Strong commercial driving force person who is able to demonstrate
