1. Brand manager
Objectives
As the brand manager, you will serve as the expert in non-selective herbicide marketing for relevant crop and market
segments. You will lead the brand marketing, campaign planning, commercial programs, product life cycle
management planning, brand architecture and P&L for the assigned brand, contribute to the country specific
gap analysis, identify and adapt the key trends affecting the future of brand segments as appropriate.
You will also play a key role in supporting the development of short-term and long-term brand strategies
to achieve financial and strategic goals.

Main Tasks :

- Lead development of the assigned brand to deliver approved business cases.
- Conduct market trend analysis.
- Meet with customers to discuss brand preferences for a specific market/service.
- Propose ideas for brand extension and filling the gaps in the market, includes opportunity for new projects.
- Manage development and implementation of promotion plan. Oversee campaign execution.
- Liaise with marketers, product developers and R&D teams to develop and effectively implement strategies in promoting
  appeal of the brand.
- Develop country specific marketing plans in alignment with global and regional brand strategies.
- Adapt insights from market survey and customer feedback to the brand management strategy as appropriate.

Requirements
- MBA degree with a bachelor degree in agriculture-related or marketing discipline preferred.
- Good knowledge of market communication with related professional training is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in agriculture, marketing or business management-related functions, of which 5 years in
  non-selective herbicide is a must.
- Strong understanding of market trends and challenges.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to lead a small team.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, organize and implement projects and programs, including summary report writing.
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
2. Technical Service manager
Objectives
As the technical service manager, you will serve as the technical expert of the non-selective herbicide product segment in the
commercial team, and work with the sales and marketing team to ensure successful product launches, brand presence and
development, as well as business growth.

Main Tasks
:
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase product benefits to customers.
- Prepare trial plan/protocol and carry out field trials (product performance and competitive benchmark) to identify unique
  selling points of the product throughout the pre-launch and post-launch processes, address all technical questions from the
  sales and marketing team.
- Lead the post-launch process, manage related product / process risks.
- Provide technical support and customer consultation as needed.
- Coordinate potential technical product repositioning with the sales and marketing team.
- Develop deep relationships with customers, dealers and local government authorities to understand market demands
  and competitors’ activities to drive market-oriented product development.
- Maintain close contact with key technical influencers to support the product innovation.
- Support the sales and marketing team in organizing key events like field days, harvesting days, festivals, farmer
  meetings/events and in-country retailer meetings; handle technical service-related enquiries from participants.
- Prepare supporting materials for sales and marketing purposes, and serve as the technical expert to provide
  market insights including competitors’ new product launches and updates on market practice
- Organize regular product training for the sales and marketing team, and key local partners including retailers and
  members of farmers’ clubs.
- Identify potential challenges, and ensure customer-focused solutions are developed based on customer needs,
  market trends and best practices.
- Drive the development of new application fields contributing to a greater market share.

Requirements
- Bachelor degree in agronomy, agriculture or related discipline.
 Minimum 8 years of experience in technical service and product development function in agrochemical industry, of which 5
  years in non-selective herbicide is a must.
- Proven ability to develop technical proposals / ideas and applying them at customers’ sites including running product trial,
  testing and analysis.
- Good understanding of farming, crop product and application techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
