- B.S./M.S./Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical or Chemical Engineering
- 10+ years
experience with statistics/data analysis/fitting concept software
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with people management or project management role
- Ability to systemically troubleshoot problems to root cause and identify and thoroughly test solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess good interpersonal skills and willing to work in a team environment

- Ph.D./M.S. in Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Chemical
Engineering/Chemistry, Applied Sciences;
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision;
- Ability to deliver effective technical presentations to internal and external audiences;
- Strong understanding of optical properties of materials;
- Experience with computational-based modeling;
- Knowledge of statistics, and design of experiments;
- Knowledge of basic semiconductor device physics;
- Knowledge of numerical analysis, mathematical optimization, is a plus;
- Experience with semiconductor fabrication and process integration, is a plus;
- Experience with Ellipsometry, is a plus;
- Scientific programming with Maltab/R or equivalent, is a plus;
- Ability to travel internationally- up to 40%;
- Fluency in both written and Spoken English is a must;
- 2-5 years of Semiconductor Fab experience, is a Plus; |
