Position Objective - Manage foreign investors’ application of Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and account opening with brokers. - This tasks are of extreme importance to our clients and they should be done in an accurate and timely fashion. - Periodic review and maintenance of withholding tax rates of Direct Custody accounts - Effectively communicate and liaise with the Financial Supervisory Service for the process of IRC application. Essential functions and Responsibilities - Apply for an Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) to the FSS and request account opening. - Maintenance and update of account details in both FSS and Citi’s system - Provide the IRC and other required documents to brokers for clients’ account opening with local brokers. - Request account opening to Direct Custody & Clearing Ops and Account Service Unit - Receive the tax documents in case of application of DTT rate and request tax rate updates to Ops team. Qualifications - Project Management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines - Good written and oral communication skills both in Korean and English - Professional disposition and customer-focused attitude towards both internal and external customers - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Operations background would be a plus 근무조건 및 환경
