JOB DEscriptION
- 설계 컨설팅 팀의 리더로서 고객사의 프로젝트 관리 감독
- 설계 관련 리뷰 및 관리
- 건축가, 컨설턴트, 고객사와의 의견 조율
- 수주 관련 미팅 참석

- Responsible for regular reports to the Design Director
- Interface with lead consultants and client project teams
- Manages and supervises a team of design professionals and other professionals through the design review process
- Sets quality benchmarks with the consultant and client team
- Manages, develops, and coordinates design process to ensure that design plans are within functional program, budgetary, environmental and legal requirements
-Manages multiple projects through interaction with Architects, consultants, and client team to ensure timely completion of these project
-Conduct risk management and value engineering studies
- Responsible for achieving goals of quality time and cost
-Attend pre-post tender meetings as requested.
-Attend chair weekly design coordination meetings and design workshops as necessary.
-Participate in the procurement process.
-Implement one or more projects through management of project teams 
-Experience with the entire project life cycle, through post-occupancy 
-Work with the Project Team to mentor and provide leadership to the team and client 
-Develop and monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, billings and collections 
-Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors 
-Establishes and follows an effective and efficient design review process to ensure that the design meets the overall goals and objectives for each project
-Reviews design changes submitted to ensure project remains within budget
-Monitors project planning and design status to report findings, recommendations and updates
-Performs others duties as assigned

Job Requirements

- 건축, 설계 관련 학사 이상

- 내외부팀과 MEP, 설계 컨설턴트들과의 협업 경험

- 3D visualization

- 뛰어난커뮤니케이션 기술과 피플 매니지먼트 기술 (관리자로서의 경험)

- AutoCad, Revit, Google Sketch-up

- 경력 10년 이상

- LEED Accreditation 및 관련 자격증 우대

- Bachelor degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field of study

- Experience in design, detailing and preparation of construction documents 

- Experience managing internal teams and external architectural, MEP and/or other design consultants

- Working knowledge in 3D visualization (hand-sketching and/or CAD programs)

- Working knowledge of design and color principles, architectural detailing and specifications

- Excellent communication and people management skills

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent computer skills is required. Experience with AutoCAD, Revit and Google Sketch-up is preferred.

- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience 

- Professional License or certification essential and LEED Accreditation encouraged 

- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles/practices
