sensations including DEAN, SAAY and 1415.
We have a new opportunity for someone to join the A&R department and be involved
across the full Artist cycle, including; new release production, artist vision, branding,
marketing plans and commercial opportunities. |

|
|
- Conduct music market trend analysis and present innovative ideas and Artist strategies.
- Facilitate the record production process and tasks related to release planning.
- Plan and oversee all visual production, such as styling, artwork and music videos.
- Work with the marketing team to create innovative content marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain communication with a variety of local and international stakeholders and artists.

|
- Strong knowledge and passion for a wide range of music genres.
- At least two years of experience in a content business environment. Prior employment in a local label with
experiences in A&R or Marketing will be advantageous.
- Familiar with digital media and content creation. Exposure to TV Broadcasting environment may be favourable.
- Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English and Korean language.
- Able to build strong and effective working relationships.
- Experience in photo and video editing software preferred (not mandatory).
- Experience in creating own content or managing own digital channels (not mandatory)

- 음반 제작 및 발매 관련된 전반적인 업무
(컨셉 기획, 제작 일정 관리, 전략수립, 업무 담당자들과의 커뮤니케이션 등)
- 아트워크 및 뮤직비디오 등과 같은 시각적 프로덕션을 위한 기획 및 제작.
- 마케팅 컨텐츠 기획 및 제작, 배포, 채널 관리
- 국내, 해외 담당자들 및 아티스트와의 원활한 커뮤니케이션

- 장르에 국한 되지 않는 폭넓은 음악에 대한 높은 열정 및 이해도
- 2년 이상 콘텐츠 사업에서의 경력 (국내 기획사, 아티스트 기획, 마케팅 경험 우대)
- 디지털 미디어에 친숙하며 콘텐츠 제작 경험 또는 채널 운영 경험
- 사진 및 영상 편집 프로그램 사용 가능자 우대
- 영어 및 한국어의 원활한 커뮤니케이션 가능자
- 긍정적이며 원활한 대인관계
