Job Description
① Owns all probecard installations and on-site customer support actions (maintenance / troubleshooting)
② Owns escalation reporting (field based input / overall case ownership)
③ Communicate with both headquarter and customer to lead all technical projects and new projects.
④ Implement solutions, process and structures to prevent customer issues
⑤ Focus: Installation, troubleshooting and repair of volume probe cards and std FAI’s
§ Timeline, efficiency, prioritization in collaboration with customer
§ Product set-up, performance assessment, optimization
⑥ Maximizes product availability at customer
§ Optimizes cleaning and maintenance
§ Drives troubleshooting and on-site repair
§ Root cause analysis of issues
§ Field owner of customer issue escalation with link to AE
