Responsibilities
- Responsible for all store staff’s
recruiting process such as assessment of needs and
- Candidates’ profile for the position,
choice of the most effective method, selection
- and extend offer.
- Arrange and conduct interviews and manage interview
& employment record.
- Manage
the personnel records of all employees and related documents.
- Monitor whole process of new staff joining,
including screening, offering, Reference
- Check, Communication with related parties,
Orientation, Probation follow-up etc.
- Contribute to improving the organisational
environments of the employees by
- conducting and analysing the exit interview in order to develop
and retain employees.
Be close to the
field as much as possible with Store HR manager and provide
full HR strategic partnership to support business needs
to be a business
partner for the Store. Closely work with Retail Operations
Manager/Area Managers to support staff career development
and retention together with Store HR
Manager.
- Be in charge of providing reporting activities in a timely and accurate manner (Hiring
- request, Organization chart, Employee Profile, etc).
- Support Store HR Manager to lead Labor Management Council
- (PradaCommunication)
quarterly basis.
- To lead projects assigned by managers.
- Manage assigned ad-hoc responsibilities.
Job Requirements
University/Bachelor’s Degree or
Equivalent. Minimim 5 years or above and more
in relevant experience. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills in both Korean and English Strong interpersonal skills to deal with numerous stakeholders Can-do attitude and flexibility
to fit in a fast paced environment and dynamic situation A team player, self-driven,
hands-on,
problem solver with good analytical skills Integrity, credibility, trustworthy and people oriented positive person Basic knowledge of HR
principles, practices and procedure Recruiting agency or consulting company
experiences are preferred Excellent English skill in verbal
and writing Technical savvy in MS Office programs
