ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : Provide technical interface to Korean customers for solutions and applications support : • Installation and training of Radiant’s products at the customer’s facilities • Provide expert level technical support for both customers and Radiant Vision System Korea internal personnel • Educate customers and business partner on proper use of CCD-based hardware and software systems for light and color measurement • Provide innovative and creative solutions to our customer’s light measurement problems using Radiant Vision System application software and measurement hardware MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE : • Problem Resolution, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance • Quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of project execution. This includes creativity of insights, delivery/presentation of conclusions, adherence to time/schedule commitments. QUALIFICATIONS : The ideal candidate must have • Both strong analytical and execution skills • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Physics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science) • Strong mathematical skills • Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills; English is a must • A proven record of accomplishment with excellent references • Computer programming experience(Visual Basic, .Net. C#, C++) will be plus • Experience with scientific light and color measurement instruments a plus • Commitment to customer satisfaction with a cooperative and friendly demeanor. Applicant should be able to interface equally well with customers, sales staff product development engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment. • Must be a structured and organized self-starter with the bandwidth to work across multiple tasks and competencies at a given time. • Entrepreneurial instinct and skillset; interest and ability to engage hands-on with customers and strategy execution • Will display and operate in a way that never compromises ethics and integrity • Effective in a fast paced environment	0명
