계열사인 CNC (Coffee & Cocktails)는 2018년에 설립되었습니다. 

서울 중구 서소문로 89 (순화동, 순화빌딩)에 위치하고 있으며, 페리에, 모닌시럽, 스내플 등 다양한 

해외 식음료 브랜드의 공식 수입원으로써 유통 사업을 진행하고 있습니다.

Job Description – Perrier/Snapple/Monin Brand Manager

Summary: Support the marketing team with all consumer-focused activities for Perrier, Monin, Snapple, and other brands imported by CUC and CNC. Reporting to the marketing director, support the team in the execution of a brand strategy and integrated marketing planning. Support the team in delivering the execution of an innovative strategy and the annual product roadmap. Attract, develop, and retain relationships essential to the brand and its future success.  

Essential Duties:

• Formulate, direct, and coordinate marketing activities and brand activities.
• Lead execution of brand guidelines and market growth plans.
• Identify, develop, and evaluate business, brand, and category marketing strategies based on knowledge of market characteristics and the general business environment.
• Lead the development of an innovation strategy, including collaborations, events, and other promotions.
• Build a business case for new activities with sales estimations, profitability and growth projections.
• Lead insight gathering research into consumers, competition, and retailers to secure knowledge that can be utilized to deliver growth opportunities.
• Identify category trends and future sources of growth.
• Develop consumer pull marketing programs for new and existing products working with Communications and Trade Marketing peers.
• Lead development of non-traditional packaging ensuring consistency with brand positioning.
• Partner with sales to deliver required materials for on-trade promotions.
• Track business results and publish/keep extended team aware of implications, risk, challenges, and opportunities to ensure the sales and profitability of products are met, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
• Direct the training and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
• Resolve conflicts and negotiate with others.
• Social media in-house management.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Four-year college degree.
• 3-5 years of marketing and/or general management work experience.
• Experience translating marketing objectives into strategies and plans.  Proven success in leading a team to develop a comprehensive integrated marketing plan.
• Has successfully executed a marketing strategy from concept stage through commercialization and in-market success. Has successfully managed a product or brand.
• Ability to manage and train junior members of a marketing team.
• Exhibit an entrepreneurial spirit with a zeal for business management.
• Must be able to conduct regular communication with headquarters in English.

Employment Conditions

• Probation period of three months and potential conversion to permanent employment upon review of performance
