<Purpose of the Job> Work with BD manager to maximize partnership brands’ opportunity. Lead/support the overall business development projects and strategic planning through cross functional collaboration. Manage alliance partners re. various business issues, partner request and drive partner’s marketing & sales plan and implementation. Collaborate with partner’s sales managers for quality of execution and influence directly to raise AZ brands’ priority among partner’s portfolio. 1. Typical Accountabilities - Lead on-going / new BD projects (organic / in-organic growth initiatives)
- Prepare business case through collaboration with regional/local stakeholders
- Involve local/regional/global stakeholders in a timely manner and interact them effectively to gain support and endorsement
- Provide concrete financial analysis to support decision
- Evaluate new external/internal products (under development or marketed)
- Lead the scientific and commercial evaluation by coordinating with Medical/Market access/BU
- Provide the timely feedback to global/regional team on sales forecasting and product evaluation in Korea
- Identify the local opportunities for in-licensing, co-promotion, out-license and etc.
- Lead operation with current partners and Communication for various issues about partnership products
- OC/SC meetings with the partners
- Compliance issue follow up
- Service fee & daily transaction follow up, Partners’ award
- Lead communication for ordering, inventory management, performance tracking, bidding, hospital listing-tenderingDrive execution of all activities in the bland plans with regular KPIs monitoring Drive execution of all activities in the bland plans with regular KPIs monitoring

3. Essential Qualification - Minimum of 5 years commercial experience at pharma industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skill
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Good knowledge in Business development or marketing
4. Desired skills or requirements - Good working knowledge of commercial finance
- A degree in a relevant scientific or business discipline
- Overall pharma business understanding from manufacturing to sales and marketing
- Be aware of the latest trends in deal structures and funding opportunities
