ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide technical interface to Korean customers for solutions and applications support :
- Installation and training of Radiant’s products at the customer’s facilities
- Provide expert level technical support for both customers and
Radiant Vision System Korea internal personnel
- Educate customers and business partner on proper use of CCD-based hardware and
software systems for light and color measurement
- Provide innovative and creative solutions to our customer’s light measurement problems using
Radiant Vision System application software and measurement hardware
MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE :
- Problem Resolution, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance
- Quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of project execution. This includes creativity of insights,
delivery/presentation of conclusions, adherence to time/schedule commitments.
QUALIFICATIONS :
The ideal candidate must have
- Both strong analytical and execution skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Physics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science)
- Strong mathematical skills
- Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; English is a must
- A proven record of accomplishment with excellent references
- Computer programming experience(Visual Basic, .Net. C#, C++ ) will be plus
- Experience with scientific light and color measurement instruments a plus
- Commitment to customer satisfaction with a cooperative and friendly demeanor.
Applicant should be able to interface equally well with customers, sales staff product development
engineers, as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment.
- Must be a structured and organized self-starter with the bandwidth to work across multiple tasks
and competencies at a given time.
- Entrepreneurial instinct and skillset; interest and ability to engage hands-on with customers and
strategy execution

QUALIFICATIONS :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering,
or related field
- More than 2 years of experience in computer programming for scientific applications
- Experience in optical engineering and/or light and color measurement techniques ideal
- Experience with scientific measurement instrumentation
- Strong mathematical skills, Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational skills
and Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interface equally well with customers, sales staff, product development engineers,
as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment
- MATLAB proficiency is a bonus.
- Having experience in developing software for industrial automation testing system
in LCD and OLED display industry;
- Having experience in .NET development
- Familiar with Visual Studio development environment,
and having good command of VB/C# programming;
- Having experience in uploading factory MES, CIM documents;
- having experience with RS-232 (serial) communications and TCP/IP
- Good at communication, good language skill, strong logical thinking ability, and having clear mind
in handling problems;
- Conscientious, careful, hard-working, proactive, responsible, and having strong executive ability
as well as teamwork spirit and skill
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- To develop the automatic testing system software of visual inspection, and complete code
implementation and unit system acceptance testing
- To assist R&D engineer analyzing and positioning bugs and having remote debugging
- To write and maintain software design documents pursuant to software functions
- Planning, specification, creation, and documentation of software solutions utilizing our light and color
measurement products with a focus on image processing developed primarily in .NET with VB and C#.
- Integration of complex systems for production inspection in factory environments.
- Writing and implementing communication protocols using standard communication conduits
including RS-232 and TCP/IP.
- Educating customers and international distributors on proper use of CCD-based hardware and
software systems for light and color measurement
- Installation, tailoring, and training of our solutions at the customer’s facilities
- Expert level technical support for both customers and Radiant Vision Systems internal associates |

- We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and self-motivate, good understanding
about strategic thinking/selling sales person with a documented record of success in key account
high-technology sales.
- Experience in test and measurement solution sales is highly desirable.
Experience in the FPD industries or working with ODMs is an additional benefit.
- In this position you must excel at developing, managing, and closing key account sales of relatively
complex technical systems. You must be able to analyze customer application requirements
and determine the right Radiant system to offer, often working with our engineering team
on more complex applications.
- The Account Manager reports to the General Manager of Radiant Vision Systems Korea.
Compensation is competitive and includes a combination of base salary and commission. |

- Generating targeted proposals and closing sales with new and existing key accounts
- Creating and coordinating responses to customer’s technical questions by working
with Radiant engineers
- Communicating customer issues and opportunities back to Radiant to inform product
development priorities
- Supporting marketing activities, including trade shows and seminars
- Maintaining an accurate sales funnel and forecast
- Reporting sales results, forecasts, and issues on a regular basis to management |
