ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Provide technical interface to Korean customers for solutions and applications support :
- Installation and training of Radiant’s products at the customer’s   facilities
- Provide expert level technical support for both customers and
 Radiant Vision System Korea internal personnel
- Educate customers and business partner on proper use of 

 CCD-based hardware and software systems for light and 

 color measurement
- Provide innovative and creative solutions to our customer’s light measurement problems using Radiant Vision System application software and measurement hardware

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE :
- Problem Resolution, Customer Satisfaction, Compliance
- Quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of project execution. 

This includes creativity of insights, delivery/presentation of 

conclusions, adherence to time/schedule commitments.

QUALIFICATIONS :
The ideal candidate must have
-Both strong analytical and execution skills
-Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline

(Physics, Math, Engineering, Computer Science)
-Strong mathematical skills

-Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and organizational 

skills
-Strong verbal and written communication skills; English is a must
-A proven record of accomplishment with excellent references
-Computer programming experience(Visual Basic, .Net. C#, C++ ) will be plus
-Experience with scientific light and color measurement 

instruments a plus
-Commitment to customer satisfaction with a cooperative and 

friendly demeanor. Applicant should be able to interface equally well with customers, sales staff product development engineers,

as well as production managers in a team-oriented environment.
-Must be a structured and organized self-starter with the 

bandwidth to work across multiple tasks and competencies at a given time.
-Entrepreneurial instinct and skillset; interest and ability to engage hands-on with customers and strategy execution
-Will display and operate in a way that never compromises ethics and integrity

-Effective in a fast paced environment
