[근무부서] Medical / Pharmaceuticals

[업무내용]

I. Strategically prepare and support the development, launch and commercialization of Bayer Radiology products
① Contribute to the identification of appropriate clinical investigators and facilitates placement into Bayer Radiology Investigator / Institution Initiated Research (IIR).
② Identify clinical investigators with research proposals that are consistent with product strategies and facilitate the IIR process as an IIR responsible including study completion, presentation, and publication.
③ Communicate with global medical affairs to ensure proper IIR strategies and address study-related issues.
④ Collaborate with MA TA (Medical Affairs Therapeutic Area) project coordinator to ensure IIR logistics (contract, IRB, payments, IIR status updates)
⑤ Collaborate with marketing and sales team to actively support medical and scientific activities

II. Build scientific relationships with Medical Thought Leaders (MTL) and stakeholders to build advocacy
① Contributes to mapping/ profiling of MTLs/ stakeholders in line with segmentation
② Develop professional relationships, build advocacy and gain contributions of MTL/stakeholders
③ Scientific Communication with MTLs on a regular basis
④ Collect and report insights from MTL that may impact business strategy.

III. Provide medical/scientific support internally
① Serves as a scientific resource to cross-functional business partners as appropriate to support activities such as Medical Congress staffing, Advisory Boards, and training initiatives
② Serves as a scientific resource to commercial colleagues to provide support for answering unsolicited Medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related Medical information issues
③ Serves as a scientific resource to cross-functional business colleagues to provide support for answering unsolicited Medical questions, adverse event reporting, and other clinically related Medical information issues
④ Provide medical training (i.e. disease, product, new publication, competitors, IIR SOPs etc.) to internal stakeholders

IV. Comply with Pharmaceutical regulations and Ethical Business Practices

[자격요건]

* University degree with healthcare related major (Pharmacist, Nurse, Veterinarian, PhD of biomedical science is preferred)
* At least 1~2 years of experience in Pharma, preferably medical affairs or clinical research and development
* Any Radiology related experience will be highly preferred.
* Proactive self-leadership
* Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functionally with partners outside of team to enable higher performance
* Learns fast, grasps the 'essence' and can change the course quickly where indicated
* Fluent in spoken and written English
* Travel: no less than 60% of the time.
