-모집 분야: Collections Management

-담당 업무:

1. Manage delinquent contracts

- Manage/monitor assignment of overdue contracts on a timely basis

- Manage /monitor the collections activities for overdue contracts’ based on local regulationsand Company rules and policies

-Manage/monitor data accuracy

- Maintainwork policy and reflect work processes according to local regulation / Companyrules and policies

-Communicate with internal and external parties to establish and execute properwork procedure

- Supportto prepare / conduct litigation process

-Manage/provide the overdue customers’ credit statement for reporting to credit bureau company

- Solveissues and persuade complainant customers

-Communicate with system owner and IT in order to properly reflect new / revisedrules

-Manage/monitor potential fraud through monitoring overdue cases

- Manageexpense and cost related to late collection activities

- Conducttraining to late bucket collectors in order to reflect rules, minimize customercomplaints and ensure efficient work processes

- Updateinternal work manual and guidelines based on local regulation and Company rulesand policies

- Monitorefficiency, develop and enhance processes and systems

- Callmonitor to enhance collectors’ quality and increase customer satisfaction based on the regulationand work manual

- Prepare/ monitor/ coordinate collectors’ targets

2. Manage external and internal reports

- Prepareregular service fee report based on late bucket performance

-Prepare/Coordinate service fee scheme in order to ensure high performance, highcure rate and low roll rate, considering NPL and write-off status

- Manageperformance reports for internal audit

- Manageaccidental issues report and escalate where necessary

3. Manage requirements from other departments

- Handlethe non-title transferred cases and other costs after contract closure

- Settlereceivable cost for release non-title transferred cases with relevantdepartments

- Executeproper processes based on work manual

4. System & process enhancement anddevelopment

- Monitorthe efficiency of the process

- Developand enhance the system and process with consideration of entire relevantrequirements such as Credit information reporting, litigation, Collectionsactivities, various monitoring tool and reporting etc.

- Monitor/handle litigation documentation onthe system

-4년제 대학교 졸업 이상자(필수)

-자동차 금융사 경력 3년 이상자 (필수)

-고객 대상 채권추심 경력자우대

-콜센터 및 고객응대 관련경력 보유자 우대

-비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자(필수) (독해, 쓰기및 회화)

-급여조건 : 최종 연봉에 따른 협의 (Collections Incentive 월별별도 지급)
- 근무위치 : 서울역 인근 - 서울스퀘어
- 근무시간 : 주5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 18:00
