Logistics
(Export) |
- Trigger shipment release in a timely manner
and coordinate emergency shipments where
necessary.
- Work closely with foreign countries based
customer service team, sales manager, freight
forwarder and customs broker.
- Provide order/shipment status to internal
business partner
- Manage export documents
- Daily monitoring new order created
- Vessel booking for shipments working with
freight forwarding agent.
- Share shipping timeline with MRP
- Track the vessel schedule and inform to
regional CSR if any changes
- Month closing for the cost
- Handling the customer’s complaint
- Check and Prepare the FTA document
- Check LC Document
- Handling the return delivery
- Update the export declaration No. in the
SAP for each delivery.
- Lead project related to Logistics digitization.
- Build new local process align with global
process for new type of business |
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum seven years
experience in managing 3PL.
- SAP knowledge is must
- International trading knowledge including
about FTA is required
- Experience of global project leading is must
- Export control knowledge is required.
- English communications, analytical skills and
being able to use MS office are must. |

- Inventory management coworking with 3PL,
and logistics in plant.
- Month closing for the cost
- Lead project related to Logistics digitization.
- Build inbound/warehouse management SOP
aligne with global process
- Handling the export delivery from ext.
warehouse where necessary |
- Bachelor degree
- Minimum five years experience in
managing 3PL.
- SAP knowledge is must
- International trading knowledge including
about FTA is required
- Experience of global project leading is must
- Export control knowledge is required.
- Experience in Chemical industry with
knowledge of DG is must.
- English communications, analytical skills and
being able to use MS office are must. |
