Administrational work support 업무
- Assist Technical team in managing budget, capital expenditures, scheduling
and maintenance of retail store projects.
- Handle documentation and efficient project
administration, including maintaining project documents.
- Manage to process of purchase orders on SAP
system.
- Coordinate with Accounting department for
invoice payment and follow up.
- Assist in organizing the
technical inventory and delivery for projects and maintenance
- Work with Technical team to follow up and monitor technical activities and ensure overall compliance with company standards & local regulation
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations
of new business opportunities.
- Any other duties assigned from
time to time.
<지원자격>
- BA Degree holder (졸업자 또는 졸업 예정자)
- Good Communication Skill
- Good in MS PowerPoint, Excel, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and
preferably SAP
- Good English Communication skill in writing
