- Management of an overall strategic investment/JV/M&A process
1) Target communication
2) Communication with third party including legal and accounting
3) Coordination and facilitation of communication of all parties
4) Managing and delivering key deliverables for each process milestone
ㆍNegotiation
- Negotiation ofrelevanttransaction s - SPA/SHA, etc
ㆍValuation
1) Developing valuation models including transaction comps,trading comps and DCF
2) Merger models including accretion/dilution
3) Projection models
ㆍTraining & Mentoring
- Developing and training juniorteam members on core M&Aconcepts and skill sets |

|
|
- 4 ~ 8 years of investment banking/finance experience (Jr Associate to Jr. VP level)
- Clear understanding of different valuation methodologies and M&A process
- Fluent in English
- Previous auto experience NOT required |

- US MBA
- Extensive deal experience
- Fluent in English
