[업무내용]

Legal Assistant is responsible for:
- managing internal documentation
- organizing meetings
- preparing presentations and compiling evidence
- assisting in routine monitoring of data input in company’s internal systems
- processing outside counsel billing
- handling other administrative services as instructed by the Legal Counsel

Responsible for assisting a Manager and Medical Science Liaisons on projects to maximize in Medical affairs strategies or executions

[자격요건]

Key skills for Legal Assistant are:

fluency in English (must be able to read, understand and respond to correspondences from Global)

ability to work independently

high organizational and communication skills

proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook

timely response and strong sense of responsibility

knowledge of legal terminology and standard legal procedures a plus

Responsible for pre-/post registration on KMDIA, organizing on internal approval system (PEGA & Ksunshine), control on speakers’ payment as well as IIR payment, and assisting MSL activities.

- 고용형태 : 켈리서비스 소속 파견 계약직

- 연봉 : 협의예정 (최종연봉 및 희망연봉 기재 必)

- 근무시간: 09:00~18:00 (주5일)

- 근무지: 서울시 종로구 종로1가 교보빌딩
