PURPOSE STATEMENT:

Responsible for ensuring whole leaf supply process in place and sustaining the optimum leaf stock level in accordance to  stock policy, and the main contact to the regional and global GLP tem. More specifically regarding to the whole leaf supply process, this role is in charge of leaf demand data management and upload to the global system, verifying leaf deployment plan received from GLP, ensuring customs clearance and quarantine for imported leaf, scheduling in-land leaf transportation from port to the warehouse, leaf warehouse management and leaf supply to production floor.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY:

- Perform the preparation and verification of 24 months leaf demand by blend and upload the data into GLOSS system

- Analyze leaf deployment plan which is delivered from GLP and highlight leaf supply issues to meet the target stock level and prevent Out-Of-Stock issue

- Analyze casing & flabour purchasing plan which is delivered from the regional material planner and highlight the supply issue to meet the target stock level and prevent OOS issue

- Provide the pragmatic solution of leaf supply and quality issues through proper engagement coordination of stakeholder such as GLP and cross-department team in the factory (Product & Quality, PMD) and follow up the issues with stakeholder.

- Manage in-d leaf supply to PMD production and ensure the stock movement for the required leaf and casing & flavours to be done on time by Leaf warehouse operator and fork lift drivers

- Ensure 2 leaf warehouses and 1 casing & flavours warehouse in the factory to be in the sound conditions with following the relevant EHS standard

- Analyze QPR and Co-Plan leaf price information to forecast the future impact to the product cost

- Capturing Fibex demand for both local consumption and export to other BAT OpCo and calculating the production volume for Fibex

◈ 자격요건

- 대졸(4년제) 이상

- Good English Skill in written & Speaking

- Knowledge on import, export business procedure and quarantine procedure

- Knowledge and experience in material planning

- Experience in tobacco infestation

- Basic understanding of tobacco leaf

- Able to manage own budget

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good relationship skill to deal with internal and external stakeholders

- Outgoing and easy in relationships

- Financial acumen with strong budgetary control

- Proficient in MS Office

- FMCG, Consumer 업종 경력자 우대
