Job Description
- Conduct operator training for end users after installation of
  instruments
- Evaluation supporting about the instrument and reagent according
  to CLSI guideline
- Coordinate customer evaluation of products(according to CLSI
  guideline)
- Conduct User Seminar about instruments
- Solve application / product problems promptly and completely
- Train for Sales / Engineers / distributors about products
- Maintain/update products information promptly(by Quality
  Notification & other information letter from GCS)
- Visit Key customers (or sites) regularly for getting user feedback
  on our products and services. Also promote our new products
  for value-based management
- Corporate closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order
  to support sales effort, including pre-sales promotion
  (ex. Presentation of Product)
- Assist customers in the interpretation of test results
- Make materials of something like Product Korean Manual,
  Reagent Information files and supporting documents for customers
- Support various Certification of Laboratory like “CAP” or
  “Laboratory accreditation program” in Korea
- Appropriate communication(e.g. Aurora) with GCS or other
  country co-workers for troubleshooting
- Research and Getting information of competitors

Qualification
- 학사 이상
- 신입 또는 관련 분야 경험자 우대
- Coagulation 장비 유 경험자 우대
- 생물, 화학, 임상병리 관련 학과 우대

Job Description
- Analyze Lab IT environments for customers and identify their
  IT needs.
- Make implementation plan for project.
- Define role and responsibilities for stakeholders.
- Prepare and organize hardware, software and human resources.
- Make a communication plan with internal department and customer.
- Install and configure IT products (1000, 3000 and 5000, infinity).
- Evaluate installed/developed products to examine their usability
  and features.
- Monitor performance and functionality for products.
- Assess implemented project.
- Provide user training and product demonstration.
- Document project details and progresses.
- Maintain products by troubleshooting, upgrading, or patching.
- Cooperate with APAC or GCS when necessary
- Create cobas IT user manual for customer and installation manual.
- Arrange outsourced interface program installation schedule.
- Support customer’s claim of interface program from phone call.
- Demonstration of own global new released IT products and
  launch them to local customers to improve their workflow.

Qualification
- At least Bachelor Degree in a Bio-medical engineering /
  IT related discipline is required.
- Basic training about General IT knowledge.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
- Good command of MS office
- 2~3 years’ Service engineer or IT experience in the industry preferred.
- 1~2 years’ Application specialist experience with IT knowledge
  preferred.
- Skill in Server OS(Windows 2003/2008 server)
- Knowledge in network.
- Knowledge in communication protocol such as ASTM, HL7 etc.
- Good communication skill with customer and colleagues.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
