ㆍCamera FAE (SWCPM Div.)

- Responsible for customer project leading & management from promotion to mass production stage- Responsible for technical communication for project execution, requirement definition/collection by meeting and customer site visiting- Responsible for customer deliverables including SW package planning/quality with internal project teams- Responsible for customer support for issue tracking/assignment to right resource to handle- Responsible for maintaining/developing relationships between customer project stake holders and decision makers including internal project stake holders as well- Responsible for customer project schedule tracking/requirement changes and negotiation- Responsible for sharing the latest information from the customer to internal team for better business planning and decision- To respond to customer technical queries in a timely manner- To develop knowledge of company product specifications, market trend and customer requirements- To collaborate with sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for strategic accounts and new opportunities
지원자격
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering- Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting embedded device product customers in “customer facing” environment including more than 6 years IT industry work experience- Strong understanding of mobile software architecture, system and development process- Experience in working with embedded systems, platforms and RTOS. Linux kernel experience is a plus- Embedded camera software development experience is required- Knowledge of embedded hardware is a plus
