| 업무내용 |
General Accounting AP
ㆍVerify bills and invoices and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system
ㆍVerify staff claims and compile for payment approval
ㆍPrepare documentation for payment authorization and enter payment
journals into the accounting system
ㆍCheck recurring expense items and maintain accrual procedure
ㆍBe responsible for payable account reconciliation with sub-ledgers
ㆍConfirm in-transit and ensure its entry
ㆍBe responsible for inter-company outstanding payable balance reconciliation
Report
ㆍPrepare closing review documents such as AP aging, BS details in order
accounting manager to examine financial data and closing process
Report
ㆍTax return filing : VAT (Quarterly), CIT (Yearly)
ㆍSupport Manager various tax reports to authorities
ㆍAssist tax matters
Others
ㆍHandling daily inquiries from brands regarding accounting treatment,
internal control etc.
ㆍAssist function managers in dealing with external/internal audit |
| 자격조건 |
ㆍUniversity Degree / Finance and Accounting, business administration or law
ㆍAccounting certificate (CPA or AICPA) is an advantage
ㆍAP experience preferred
ㆍERP system (AX or SAP) experienced preferred.
ㆍWell organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ㆍAnalytic sense and skillful PC operation
ㆍPrecise and accurate
ㆍGood command of spoken and written English |

| 업무내용 |
COUNTER MERCHANDISING
ㆍSupport display guideline on a monthly basis for each counter regarding
backwall, showcase, glorifier, Bar, according to launch and promotion plan
ㆍSupport transparencies on a monthly basis by working with vendors based
on the duration guidelines including
layout and color proof.
ㆍPOS video play list update basis from HQ and Region’s loop guideline.
ㆍSupport POS materials to each counter for available spaces in backwall,
showcase, niche, etc.
COUNTER CONSTRUCTION & RENEWAL
ㆍHard merchandising support. (Experienced at least 1~2years)
ㆍe.g.) Read & Writing the Technical Drawing.
Some POSM installation works.
ㆍCoordinate the maintenance of each counter with local contractor to
ensure the counter condition as luxurious brand.
ㆍFollow up all the necessary POSM preparation for open & renewal counter.
ㆍCommunicate with local contractor to modify the counter POSM drawings and
inspect the quality of POSM fabrication.
PROMOTION EVENT SET-UP
ㆍSupport the Hotel SPA Events and Beautyclass Merchandising set-up.
ALLOCATION AOG & SUPPLIES ORDER
ㆍCollect data from every counter and allocate AOG & Supplies needed for
counter operation on a monthly. |
| 자격조건 |
ㆍOver university degree, Design major (under 1~2 years experience prefer)
ㆍGraphic Design skill needed; Auto CAD, Photo shop, Illustration
ㆍComputer skill needed such as Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint)
ㆍExcellent Interpersonal communication skill needed with positive mind.
