담당업무

ㆍMain purpose of this position is in charge of conducting e-Logistics operation process for e-commerce business. Timely and accurately lead overall shipping process and follow up any issues related to inhouse operation and implement system process in AX/WMS/BOCC and provide regular shipments updates.

l Collect daily orders from WMS/AX system by prearranged cut-off time and fulfill system process in AX/WMS to convey with on-site operation

l Fulfill document process such as customer’s gift message, delivery notes and carrier’s labels

l Applicate e-commerce event samples and packaging way into on-going process by e-Business promotion plan

l Communicate and follow up e-Commerce return and cancellation orders with CCC and reflect on system with physical goods process

l Closely work with off-line DC and e-Business team for receiving/shipping process to provide appropriate support in a timely way

l Take proper action to follow up any of system issues on AX, WMS, carrier’s system with RSD

l Maintain close partnership with external supplier, delivery network and outsourced people

l Update operation KPI and periodically train outsourced workers with e-Com SOP and Policy

Academic / Professional Qualification
- University degree in logistics or distribution area

Work Experience
- Minimum 2~3 years operation experiences in Supply chain and Logistics fields
- ERP/WMS system operation experience for e-business and off-line retail

Required Competencies
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule according to activity volume
- Good interpersonal communication skills and detail-minded
- Excellent computer skills( MS Excel / Power Point / MS Word )
- Good sense of e-business with English communication skills
