Supplier Quality Engineer(외주구매 품질업무)-대리급

Supplier quality engineer is a member of the Procurement Department and in charge of quality assurance of sourcing material.

Conducts to disseminate the Edwards quality requirements to all Suppliers To control Approved Supplier List and take full contractual/commercial management responsibility.

Primary purposes of the job include analyzing root cause, taking corrective action, preventing recurrence and continuous improvement for defective material with suppliers to improve supplier quality and ensure overall supplier development.

All should be focused on the advanced product quality planning.

• - Maintain the quality of supplied parts to satisfy Edwards production line.
• - Make continuous improvement plan and action to enhance part quality and reduce DPPM, FTTFR.
• - Have knowledge on the function of each part and understand the quality standard clearly to acquire the part quality required by Edwards.
• - Lead suppliers to be proactive on quality improvement actions with effective communication skill, and closely communicate with related Edwards people to embed Edward’s requirements in each part.
• - Understand various quality control tools and apply to part quality improvement.

Attribute to the improvement, development of Edwards products with qualified part quality compared to the benefit of quality improvement with cost for improvement to decide on the TCO point of view.
