Sea Logistics Operator
ㆍTo process all Seafreight import bookings and dispatch requirements accurately and
within agreed timeframes.
ㆍTo ensure that document processing requirements meet agreed customer service standards,
while maintaining departmental KPIs.
ㆍTo ensure that all documentation is filed or scanned as per operational and company
requirements.
ㆍTo ensure all Seafreight rates are checked and are accurate at all times
ㆍTo manage customer complaints in a professional manner, taking appropriate corrective
action and/or notify relevant person and office to prevent a re-occurrence of customer
complaints.
ㆍTo follow all procedures and reporting requirements in relation to the company policies
and working instructions.
ㆍTo Perform other duties and additional tasks as assigned
Sea Logistics Process Expert
ㆍTo ensure operational excellence through adherence to designed processes + process audits.
ㆍTo oversee + ensure the delivery of process improvement projects with the objective of
productivity and/or quality enhancement with lean methodology.
ㆍTo ensure high levels of data quality via analysis, review + action planning together
with the business unit
ㆍTo drive process improvement, process re-engineering + support the implementation
of changed processes to improve the quality + productivity of operational processes + systems.
ㆍTo support the analysis of operational procedures, assisting with documenting + producing
solutions.
ㆍTo apply project management in compliance with lean methodologies to ensure controlled
+ structured implementations, as well as assisting in planning + execution of project tasks
ㆍTo strive for productivity increases through automation + optimization of operational
processes to ensure better quality + customer satisfaction in alignment with corporate
strategy.
ㆍTo find solutions + seek opportunities for the organization that will further operational
+ strategic goals.
Sea Logistics Sales
ㆍTo own, monitor + drive all sales activities of customers within your control, ensuring
prospects are identified, qualified and nurtured through the sales pipeline so as to close
profitable and sustainable customer deals.
ㆍTo align your sales efforts with CCL Managers, Pricing and Sea Logistics Business
Development teams, including pricing decisions.
ㆍTo monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing + products.
ㆍTo report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
ㆍTo align with CCL colleagues when onboarding new customers.
ㆍTo maintain + update the most relevant customer information in internal systems.
ㆍTo regularly review customer portfolios with the CCL Managers and team.
ㆍTo focus on customer engagement, satisfaction, retention + reactivation through high levels
of service quality in close collaboration with the CCL.
Distribution Manager
ㆍTo manage performance in order to achieve agreed client service levels + costs within
budgetary requirements
ㆍTo ensure a safe a+ compliant environment in line with both internal standards + external
regulations.
ㆍTo analyze our transport network + implement strategic strategies to create efficiencies
+ sustainability.
ㆍTo lead process implementation to ensure a continuous improvement culture is established
+ maintained.
