Technical Support Service 부서에서 Regional Connectivity Support Engineer 과~차장급 인재를 채용합니다.

담당업무는 저희 장비와 온라인센터, 다른 서버 Connectivity 관련 리딩/서포트 하는 업무입니다. (인피니티 영상저장 PACS 서버)

[자격요건]

의료기기회사에서 팩스 엔지니어 or 관련 경력

의료기기 경험이 없으시더라도 네트워크장비/보안솔루션/장비서비스 관련경력 매우 선호

*과~차장급이라 총 경력 5년이상, 경력에 따라 직급논의

Roles and Responsibilities

• Own the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 2 and 3 Technical Support – Resolves post sales Technical Issues. As the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases.

• Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

• Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.

• Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

Required Qualifications

• This role requires advanced experience in the Services & Technical Support. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).

• At least 5 years of experience in Healthcare Services

• Technical knowledge and experience with PACS system

• Highly motivated and passionate team player with the willingness to learn and develop beyond current expertise
