[ASML] Senior CS Accountant

Mission :
-  Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions for service business of all Asia countries.

• • - Provides financial information to management and Asia business stakeholders by researching, analyzing accounting data, and preparing reports.
  ·- Control the compliance with processes & standards (US GAAP, IFRS, Sarbanes Oxley, FNS, Tax regulation, ASML internal policy and guidance).
  

Description :

• • - Responsible for revenue and cost accounting, invoicing, managerial P&L analysis and ICY transaction management for all Asia countries.
  • - Require the accurate and timely processing of recording, verifying and entering transactions during month end closing.
    - Manage and coordinate Accounting financial close process: work closely with the country finance team in order to ensure the compliance with Corporate’s deadlines, process and controls.
  • - Require effective communication with business stakeholders in all Asia countries.
  • - Closely collaborate with CS planning, Service business manager, Business control, Legal, Tax team and Order management desk in all Asia countries.
  • - Prioritize activities and ensure actions are carried out timely.
  • - Global support and collaboration with CS financial control in VHV.
    - Drive and support process automation and improvement initiatives.
    - Closely collaborate with Business team, other finance team, Legal, Tax and Order management desk in all Asia countries.
    - Familiarize with the RITM finance values. Support the execution workstreams (RITM : Respect, Integrity, Trust, Make each other grow) 

Main responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing, record transactions, compile and analyze data, and report their findings to management and collaborate with business stakeholders for service business of all Asia customers (Korea, China, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia)
- Support Team Lead to efficiently handle the E2E processes and directs team members to achieve assignments using established guidelines, procedures, and policies.
- Co-drive and support global priorities and team priorities (projects and automations process). 

Education :

• - Bachelor’s Degree or above (Preferred Accounting or Business administration or relevant major)
• - AICPA or KICPA is preferred

Experience :

• - More than 8 years of experience in accounting or Finance or equivalent experiences

Personal Skills :
- Wide knowledge on US & Korea GAAP & IFRS
- Good social and communication skill

• • - 5+ year experience in SAP
    - Proficient in English speaking and writing
