[식품업] Quality Assurance Manager(팀장) 채용

 Responsibilities

1.      Responsible for maintaining compliance of local FDA/Food Safety Centre regulatory and Corporate/Group Food Safety regulations

2.      Work with the Unit Organizations Management team to maintain a high standard of hygiene and food safety regulations

3.      Communicate with Government Agencies and Airport Departments to achieve goals and ensure permits are accurate and in place

4.      Develops, implements, and conducts safety training programs in conjunction with the training department.

5.      Provides guidance, direction, and leadership in developing, maintaining, and improving Units HACCP team to enhance Hygiene/Food Safety awareness among all staff.

6.      Executes the required food safety-related testing as defined in the HACCP plan and maintains the revisions of the HACCP plan.

7.      Reviews changes to company’s Food Safety / HACCP materials and tools (e.g., HACCP Plan/ Food Safety CCPs and SOP,) to ensure that key content is complete and accurate.

8.    Ensures all food safety complaints are investigated and documented to determine root causes and assists unit and department management with developing corrective action plans to prevent reoccurrence. 

9.     Continuously improves unit procedures for monitoring and ensuring conformance to specifications for incoming raw materials as well as for finished products and is responsible for the local supplier approval.

 Qualifications

1.     Minimum 8 years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference in food manufacturing(determines position Supervisor/Assistant manager based on experience)

2.     Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality, Technical or Business-related field

3.     Experience in HACCP, ISO 22000, food microbiological testing, and nutrition support is a plus

4.     Experience in inflight catering is an advantage

5.     English is a must, both written and spoken
