As a Sourcing Specialist,
you are responsible for building labor market intelligence, using various
channels to look for potential candidates, contacting passive candidates and
building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Ultimately, you will proactively identify our hiring needs and help us fill our
vacancies with qualified employees.
Job Description
• Search candidates for
senior hiring positions through multiple channels and proactively conduct phone
screening to build connections, to introduce open roles and to validate the
capability of candidates.
• Is able to build and maintain a talent pool with consistency to cope with the
future hiring needs from business.
• Explore new channels that can effectively source the right people for the
position directly with speed by
reducing the time for hiring.
• Keep track of hiring process for open positions and share feedback with
recruiter and hiring managers.
• Analysis of market trends by industry to develop the proper sourcing strategy
to the business and develop
talent mapping.
• Maintain and update the candidate databases and ATS system.
Education
Bachelor degree or above
in related field
Work experience
• 2+ years experience in
HR field, direct sourcing experience is a mandatory.
• Experience recruiting and/or sourcing on multiple roles across multiple skill
sets
Personal Skills
• Proven experience of
sourcing on multiple roles across multiple skill sets
• Hands-on experience with specific sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on
social platforms and crafting
Boolean search strings)
• Has experience with HR systems (including an ATS : Workday) and candidate
management systems.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills including promoting
opportunities, building up relationship.
• Has strong learning ability, interpersonal skill, energetic and teamwork.
• Deep knowledge of industry and passion about sourcing strategies to expand
the network to potential
candidates • Passion for improving both
candidate experience and hiring manager satisfaction at every step of the recruiting proceess • Ability to positively present
our company and open roles to potential candidates
Working Location : Hwasung
Contract Period : 12 months
